When is the best time to detox?
You can detox whenever you feel the need. If you are feeling congested from too much heavy or rich food or just a bit out of sorts and sluggish then it’s time to give your digestive system a rest.

Does detox really work?
At the beginning of the year when many people start thinking of going on a detox the newspapers were full of articles claiming that British Researchers have found that detox diets are a waste of time and do not get rid of toxins.
The researchers tested their subjects after completing only 7 days on a detox program. Does this seem logical to you? Do you really think that all those toxins that we store in our bodies would be reduced after just 7 days? Of course not.
If our bodies detoxify efficiently why is it that samples of body fat taken from people of all ages and all walks of life have shown that all the people tested had stores of toxic chemicals in greater quantities than ever before. If our bodies were efficient at detoxifying them why do they accumulate?
