  1. Some more natural ways to “detox” the skin is through nutrition:

    As a rule of thumb:
    Oily skin – in order to dry up the skin, eat lots of green vegies, carrots.
    Dry skin – need to intake oils, especially Omega 3 – a great source is eating salmon as well as flakseed oil (you can buy this at health food stores and add to food).
