There are effective detox tips that do not need the help of juice, try to do it naturally.

1. Take Enough Sleep When you get enough sleep, you feel rejuvenated. You should sleep for at least 8 hours a day. An adequate sleep will prevent some serious kind of illness such as heart disease, heart attack, diabetes, and obesity. The health risks of sleep deficiency do not come that quick; they take years before surfacing.

2. Stay Hydrated Water makes more than half of our body. Every day, you lose an amount of water every time you pee, sweat, and even when you breathe. Your body needs the help of water to maintain the right temperature. Drink eight or more glasses a day to keep you hydrated.

3. Avoid Distractions While Eating The world today has improved in terms of technology. There are TV’s, phones, and other gadgets that surround you. Even when you eat, there are times that you can’t seem to put your phone down. However, getting distracted while eating promotes obesity because you are not focusing on satisfying your tummy. You are so busy with your phone or other entertainments that you end up eating more than what you need.

4. Have Meals for 3 Times a Day It is always important to have three meals a day. Even if you are on a diet, never skip a meal. Most importantly, never skip breakfast. Among the three meals, breakfast is the most important one. Eat the healthiest food you can have. Eating properly will help improve your metabolism.

5. Do Some Healthy Body Movements Do exercise regularly to detoxify yourself. Exercise does not mean that you have to hit the gym. You can exercise on a daily basis. Hello Praveen, I will answer for Angela. You are quite right about consuming whole foods. It’s always best to consume foods in their natural state whether you are detoxing or not. While you are correct and I agree that you should eliminate foods like caffeine, sugar and gluten if you are detoxing, this post was about ways to detox without any restrictions.
