This means that the skin contains harmful agents which make it flawed and make it lose its natural finesse and glow. This is why detoxifying your skin as often as possible is essential for looking good and maintaining a healthy skin. This applies not only to your skin. By detoxifing your body naturally and often you will remain healthy and fit all over since all the waste shall be out and you will be clean from the inside.

Drink a lot of Water

The best detoxifying agent for your skin and body is water. This is because water has detoxifying qualities and has the ability to dilute all the agents which are toxic and harmful in nature. Also with its fluidity it keeps the toxins flowing in your body and eventually helps to excrete them. In case you do not take adequate water the toxins in your body shall remain within. Hence drinking 8 to 12 glasses of water every day is essential.

Increase the Intake of Fiber

You need to keep one thing in mind and that is the more you take in fiber the better it is for your health. This is because fiber helps in digestion and absorption, keeps the waste moving along smoothly in your digestive track so it is excreted quickly.

In the case that you do not take in the required amount of fiber in your daily diet your blood gloats and you get constipated. This also leads to other health issues hence try to incorporate the right amount of fiber in your body as intake of other nutrients is useless if the intake of fiber is not ample since fiber is essential to detoxify your body naturally.

Use Home Facials

You have to have a mixture of 1/2 teaspoon sea salt and 1/2 teaspoon white or green clay. Then add a little water or green tea to make a paste. After this gently rub it into your skin and leave it on for 2-3 minutes after which rinse it with tepid water and pat face dry. Then, steam your face. Steaming is done by filling a basin or a pan with very hot water and adding 3 drops of a skin detoxifying essential oil such as tea tree, eucalyptus or ylang-ylang.

You can also add fresh or dried lavender, nettle, chamomile, rosemary or any other fragrant herbs and spices for healing properties to your facial steam bath. Steam your face for 8-10 minutes. After steaming you will make a detoxifying facial mask by adding contents of 3 capsules of activated charcoal, 1 teaspoon clay of your choice and 1 tablespoon apple juice. Make a paste and apply it to your face and keep it there for 7-10 minutes and then rinse it with warm water.


It is concluded that natural ways of detoxifying should be used to detox your skin and body since they are harmless and are effective.
