I have already written a short article on my <strong><a title=\"Body Detox for Radiation\" href=\"http:\/\/www.facebook.com\/note.php?note_id=10150117169112858\" target=\"_blank\">Facebook fan page<\/a> <\/strong>but here is an excellent article from<strong> <a title=\"Dr Caroline Dean\" href=\"http:\/\/sanhal007.drfuturo.hop.clickbank.net\/ \" target=\"_blank\">Dr Caroline Dean<\/a><\/strong>, MD, ND that she has given me permission to reprint here:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Radiation Therapies<\/strong><\/p><div id=\"thede-3183614834\" class=\"thede-content thede-entity-placement\"><script async src=\"\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/js\/adsbygoogle.js?client=ca-pub-2337972821559110\" crossorigin=\"anonymous\"><\/script><ins class=\"adsbygoogle\" style=\"display:block; text-align:center;\" data-ad-client=\"ca-pub-2337972821559110\" \ndata-ad-slot=\"5013879607\" \ndata-ad-layout=\"in-article\"\ndata-ad-format=\"fluid\"><\/ins>\n<script> \n(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); \n<\/script>\n<\/div>\n<p>I\u2019m being deluged with emails asking if I would recommend potassium iodide to protect us from radiation that is slowly encircling the world from the damaged nuclear reactors in Japan. Most of my clients are already taking potassium iodine in the form of Iodorol, so they would just increase their dose for the next two weeks. However, iodine only protects the thyroid. What about the rest of the body?<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>At risk of sounding simplistic, this is why I\u2019ve been recommending clay! I\u2019ve been looking into ways of treating radiation poisoning because of the incredible amounts of depleted uranium in the Middle East. So, naturally, we\u2019re bringing clay to Dubai. Therefore, clay becomes a natural treatment for the possible radiation that may fall on us.<\/p>\n<p>You may also adopt the philosophy that the sky may fall but it won\u2019t fall on me. However, to even out your odds you can start using clay. I\u2019m sitting with my feet and lower legs in a bucket of \u00bd cup of clay (blended in water) and magnesium flakes. I use and recommend LL\u2019s Magnetic Clay.<\/p>\n<p>On the LL\u2019s site you can find a specific Radiation Detox formula chock full of herbs including an herbal source of iodine and activated charcoal. The hot water in your bath opens up your pores to release toxins that bind to the clay but it also allows absorption of healing herbs. There are several good articles on detoxification and radiation on the LL\u2019s site that I found very useful.<\/p>\n<p>Another product that I recommend for heavy metal detox is called <strong><a title=\"Heavy Metal Detox\" href=\"http:\/\/www.global-detox.com\/idevaffiliate\/idevaffiliate.php?id=105_1\" target=\"_blank\">HMD-Heavy Metal Detox<\/a><\/strong>, a product that removes uranium as well as many other heavy metals.<\/p>\n<p>Activated charcoal taken orally can also help neutralize radiation as well as other poisons.<\/p>\n<p>Thyme tea, rosemary tea, miso soup and seaweeds are good anti-radiation measures that you can also take. Remember, the survivors of the bombing of Hiroshima and Nagasaki were the \u201cseaweed eaters.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>And don\u2019t forget about magnesium. It detoxifies everything. You can take it orally and also as magnesium oil in your baths. Look under Resources to see the type of magnesium I advise.<\/p>\n<p>How do you choose what treatments and products to use? It really is up to you.
