I’ve got bad news and good news.
As it stands right now one in every three people on the planet will be given a horrible diagnosis…
I bet it’s already affected someone you love or someone you’re close to. Or perhaps it’s already affected you.
The hard truth is this…
every 60 short seconds over 15 people globally die from cancer and the complications surrounding it.
But there’s emerging evidence that your overall health and nutrition can directly affect your chances of getting this dreaded disease, and if you’ll come through it on the other side.
Its a fact that 1 in 5 people who are overweight will die from cancer!
You need to know YOUR risk level as soon as you can so you can be ready for the future.
Do you want to know the TRUTH about your own chances?
Take 42 seconds of your own time and take this short, incredibly informative quiz and see just how your own chances stack up against the general public.
You may be shocked at the results.
It’s completely free, and it takes less than 1 minute to complete.
In fact, I’d urge you to not only take it yourself, but share this quiz with anyone in your family that might be at risk themselves and let them see their own results.
It’s powerful and insightful and just might give you the tools to help avoid a tragic outcome.
Take the quiz right now and see your own future. You’ll be glad you did 🙂

Hi Sandy,
Good to be back, and over at your blog after my little break 🙂
You are so right about all that you wrote – cancer kills and there is nothing you can really do about it in the real sense, once it strikes you.
I know all that we tried when I lost my mother to cancer years ago, but somethings are just destined. I am so glad you wrote about this topic, especially when October is even the Breast Cancer Awareness Month (I’d written a post on it long back, if you read it), and it affects men and women!
Interesting quiz indeed, and certainly an eye-opener for everyone. Thanks for sharing this with us. Have a nice week ahead 🙂

Hi Harleena,
Good to see you here again. And Thanks for taking the time to comment.
Yes, you are quite right. Breast cancer affects men as well as women even though it tends to be thought of as a female disease. 231,840 new cases of invasive breast cancer are expected to be diagnosed in women in the U.S this year and 2,350 new cases in men. It is the most common cancer in women in the UK and the second most common cause of cancer death.
In the UK there has been a campaign encouraging people to bake cupcakes and have coffee mornings to raise money for Breast Cancer Awareness month. I cannot understand the logic of this as cupcakes are full of sugar and refined flour which are two of the foods that Cancer Research UK says must be avoided. Sugar is something ( I can’t call it a food) that everyone should avoid. There is plenty of research now that confirms how bad it is for our health.
The quiz is very interesting and well worth doing. This years The Truth About Cancer Summit is starting on Tuesday 13th October. You might like to tune into it. There will be a lot of interesting information on it about how to protect yourself against cancer especially as you have a family history of it. I was sorry to learn about your mother even though it was a long time ago.
Good health,
Sandy

Eating too much meat and too little vegetables not only increases the risk of colon cancer, but it can have many other detrimental effects as well. So, it’s best to at least try cutting down on the number of meals that include meat each week. Quitting smoking and getting more exercise will reduce cancer risk as well.
