Today, the number of people with Parkinson’s disease is way too high. This disease brings with it discomfort, frustration, and pain. However, Dr. Perlmutter has discovered a new form of treatment, pioneering what is called Glutathione Therapy.
Not only is this a safe solution for treating Parkinson’s disease, it is also highly effective. This means people with this disease have a fighting chance for normalcy. While it does not cure the disease, IV Glutathione therapy does slow down the progression.
Studies show that as many as 90% of people who have undergone Glutathione therapy have seen huge changes. With Parkinson’s disease, dopamine receptors begin to lose their ability to be sensitive.
However, by using this particular type of treatment, the brain’s dopamine begins to function more normally, which improves levels of sensitivity. Additionally, studies also show that serotonin levels within the brain are also brought back to a normal range, which alleviates problems of depression.
When it comes to standard Glutathione therapy, most patients are given 1400 milligrams along with saline. For ten minutes, three times weekly, an IV is used to get the medication into the body.
There are also other forms of Glutathione to include supplements and liquid but for Parkinson’s disease, IV Glutathione is the only method that works. In addition, some doctors prefer to add in various types of amino acids and milk thistle to make the treatment even more effective.
When it comes to IV Glutathione therapy a number of advances have been made but one in particular for patients with Parkinson is certain traditional drugs such as Levodopa that have a lot of side effects can be eliminated. However, anyone interested in using Glutathione should first consult with their doctor before stopping any prescribed medication. If the doctor agrees, it might be that Glutathione therapy is a much better solution.
There are so many wonderful benefits associated with IV Glutathione therapy but the number one is the elimination of side effects, something no patient wants to deal with. Not only do many of the traditional medications have side effects but some also come with serious health risk factors to include stroke and heart attack.
Although the cost of Glutathione therapy is a little higher than other options, it works exceptionally well. The good news is that most insurance companies are now providing partial or full coverage of this substance because it has been approved by the FDA.
Within a short time of a person with Parkinsons symptoms being placed on IV Glutathione therapy, they begin to respond to the treatment. This means the patient starts to take back some control over his or her life. As you can imagine, both patients and medical professionals are anxious to get this treatment option out to the public. Although IV Glutathione therapy is used commonly to Parkinson’s, doctors are finding that it also helps with other health problems such as Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, Irritable Bowel Syndrome, and so on.
If you have Parkinson’s disease or another illness mentioned and find that current treatment is not providing you with the needed relief, then Glutathione therapy could be the perfect solution. More and more, this treatment option is becoming accepted among medical professionals and it might be the exact treatment you need.

Dr. Perlmutter is a fraud and the website http://www.glutathionetherapyfraud.com exposes his witchcraft practice that preys on Parkinsons patients throughout the USA. He should be investigated by someone and his self fabricated and self proclaimed PR campaign will be crushed if people just speak up and join in on telling the truth about him. I would be very surprised if this comment even makes it through because this is obviously another one of his self promoting blog sites.

I am sorry to learn that your father did not get the results you were expecting from Glutathione therapy.
I posted this article from a guest author in good faith as I have only ever heard good reports of Dr Perlmutter and his glutathione treatment for Parkinson’s disease. I have had IV Glutathione myself for detox but not for Parkinson’s disease nor at the Perlmutter clinic so I am unable to comment further on that.
